ABOUT THE TEACHER.

I’m going to tell about the teaching role, because is the reason to get more skills and achievements over the roll in the class room.

Every teacher must to be ready to study and actualize the knowledge to give all to the students when this is required. Also the classroom and school environment have to get in the properly way to give all comfort to the pupils.

The meaning is to keep the policies, duties and rules running all time to get the best save environment and then each teacher must have more than one set of hands, extra pair of eyes and ears and the ability to speak laud and clear over all inside the class room and around the school.

Teacher means try to be in two or three places at same time. Like a ghost, but needs to be tacful, and helpful over the contribution to support each pupil to learn and gain more each day.

Often we working with and individual or a group of students and we are professionals, working alongside with teacher assistants and become in duties like to do the main class and organize all planning class, preparation and assessments.

We have specific roles into the class room and outside this, could be in the play ground or in the lunchroom watching the students in the break times and planning, taking responsibility for displays and all kind of resources in of a high level.

In addition we must know about the literacy, numeracy, support planning and try to implementing and keeping the National Curriculum, in different ways, because pupils are in different levels of learning and intellectual or physical development and cultural background and that means is academic differentiation.

When do you wish to help someone, try to give all from yourself, work hardly and give all resources and ideas.Remember, you must love your job and activity. Is really important to feel the best and the most important reason to share with this others. The students.
The target is how we can get students motivated or excited about learning by the teaching methods. We must think or rethink over the traditional methods versus recent developments in all types of life around us.

How can we do something to keep or to open the brain by types of instruction and how we can get active and self motivated students by our teaching and learning methods?

What is the target audience and appropriated syllabus to gain more attention and curiosity to go to the 21st century with the right skills and also to keep the adaptability to get new structures of learning. This is the risk to take now and we must be ready for the change in all ways .



LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

ABOUT THE SCHOOL BUILDING CONDITIONS AND ROOM ENVIRONMENT...

We are in a new era in the world. That means the educational system and all resources and bodies linked with them must be ready to interact and create different styles and school models.

The school and the staff who’s working inside this place should go to research and rediscover new ways by interact between the students and teachers and other members staff like administrative and assistants using the latest innovations such a technology.

The situation is, how we can do the best approaching to get the appropriate technological resources and knowledge’s and all types of communication facilities to bring the adequate environment in the right place. In this point we must to look where the place is located, because it could be local, urban, suburban or rural and the conditions can be changed according to the specific environment.

Can we improve the current system or get the enough budget to have new networks and to make some building and furniture reforms as soon as we can, to keep running our actual project or finally to make new projects to start immediately?

From my own opinion, this is one of the most important things to be checked and to give the appropriate solution if it needs some kind of improvement. In addition, what about the furniture, room conditions and resources, because every time those are used by everybody who have been studying in the college or school for long time. For example, if you see the chairs, tables, boards,walls,windows,main doors and floors; all can be damaged or look very old and deteriorated by the permanent use and with out any maintenance or replacement.

The task to do is to get or improve the physical conditions such ergonomically and well conditioned furniture, good light and view around the class room and wider areas, for example playground, games room, computer room, audiovisual equipment or gym and the size according to the number of pupils in each level.

Also appropriated installations like communication equipments, example phone lines, screens, white boards, computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, laminators, etc to give the whole support into the class room and school as well.

Other thing to check every time is the air conditioned and heating system to avoid any kind of dangerous situations when according to the seasonal times requires using them, because the main reason is to get a responsive place to teach and learn.

The schools have been making some use of the free space available, for example using the walls, fixing any additional board or sticking some charts and children work to help themselves in some academic activities. Also in some situations to separate the classroom in activity areas.

To approach to help and create the right place where the students can stay in safety and can get the academically, socially and emotionally life in the correct way; the school staff must be research and get strategies and investment with responsibility over the student conditions to bring the best social and academic learning throughout the school every time.

I think the furniture should produce the best path to get the appropriate learning, because is important to everyone who need to be in the warm environment. In this time the educational system is going in two strategic ways; individual learning and small groups learning.

Desk and chairs are a common denominator in the schools and colleges, but now all types of furniture must be responding to changing towards the curricular needs and the forthcoming technology. School rooms can be well equipped with tables of various sizes, shapes and provide shelves to store materials and academic resources to get easy when requires and places to store cards, charts, like cabinets or kiosks.

Is really important to look the ways to get and bring the appropriate use space and the student desk because the target is to see and cover the student body dimension and disabilities to maximize the comfort and learning incentives and minimize the risk of damage and student distractions.

In this point, I want to tell about the left hand students, because in some places and buildings they don’t have any adequate furniture to these people. From my opinion we made some discrimination when ignore the individual conditions over this and some times we don’t show the common sense when any student comes to the class room with this characteristic.

What about the ability or disability, when in some schools and colleges their consider more relevant other things, for example who’s wear traditional or religious clothes making some prejudices and the educational and learning environment from the class room is ignored. We need to look and have more sensibility to build a decent and comfortable place to get the appropriate furniture in big or small classes.

On the other hand, we need the appropriate access to the school building. If you have some students with physical disabilities to come inside is really important to improve or design and get all kind of facilities to the people who are in the building. For example, lifs, toilets, escalators, corridors, wheelchair access and rooms as well with the right signals and emergency ways to go out when are necessary.

Today the class room is very mobile and flexible, that means we must to be ready to get any change and try to keep the best to the next generation. Is to create the right policies, promote and preserve the most efficient use of space and get the ways to combine functions and flexibility; this is our goal now.

In many cases we find some places like a big room where they have been adequate to allocate more than one classroom and the range of resources is not enough to do the appropriate job as a teacher. That situation could have some disruptions and lose the learning process, because the children who are involved can’t do everything in the right environment.

The next thing to talk is the rehearsal, because in many places and some times the school or college do not put enough attention over it, living with out care the risk of fire or any type of emergency. Also to let know to the students where is the aid first place or meeting point, when requires to go out the building and know the parents home address and the numbers as well from the police, fire brigade, ambulance, etc to get easy and be ready to keep low risk and prevent some emergency situations.

Other thing is over the meals and food that are provided from the parents into the lunchbox and those that the restaurant school gives to the pupils. We need to be sure about each product and over the healthy and safety conditions to avoid some risk over the diets and nutritional conditions because could be affecting the learning process.

ABOUT THE PUPIL

What is the path to get appropriate balance into the class with the pupils? How can we do the work in class and get the way to simplify the task class, to enable the students and to build a new look into the class room and new board?

Also how can we keep the affect and self steam in the right way to give or improve the cultural values and talk to the pupils over how is important to create the environment over the respect and style of study from the class room with different people with different roots and cultural background.

The educational environment have been suffered some changes in the latest times because the government try to make politics according to the society develop and the people movements. For example, the ethnic minorities have one of the most important characteristics when they move to other place and trying to keep themselves their own
background and fight to get some benefits from the local authorities like councils or boroughs.

This kind of situation affect the educational process when the students have to choose suddenly their behave and routines when they go to study, because the distance of the
school is more fare than the school where they were studying before. Also some of them must to get by themselves their own food or transport or go by food to far from home.

Some students don’t know the language where they have to learn and their partners trying to put in inferior conditions and some kind of discrimination when they know over the real situation in the school is running up with some of the room students.

Some teachers don’t know or have enough information over the most recent events into the school like this student situation. In other cases the parents and family don’t talk to the school authorities and the teachers when the changes have been made and leave the pupils alone in some situations.

When the pupil comes to school and looks very asleep and tired and all times shows some kind of aggressively we must to ask and look what is the cause that origin this behave.
In many cases the student can be distrustful or stressed because don’t have enough time to rest and to do all task and school duties.
