THINKING ABOUT THE CHILDREN
DISCRIMINATION AND DIFFERENTIATION

The meaning is to try to do something about the children behave in specific situations. For example, how can differentiate the pupils who have different manners in the class room and don’t be discriminating with them.

Every time we have some kind of manifestations from the pupils whose showing behaves like to be aggressive with others,bullying,shafting up, punching, trying to ask all questions and disturbing the class when they have any opportunity to do it, etc.

But the think is…. how can we manage these special pupils? From my own opinion and risk;I think one way could be to be very warm and open to follow their behaviour and take control over the specific situation by some strategic school rules and commandments and to know all the rights from them to don’t make any mistake.

Following these meanings.Differentiation and Discrimination and avoid any confusion over it.We must to be careful when we got some kind of this behavioural situation in our classroom.But the problem is how can we distinguish each one to don’t make or to be confused, because is really complex to see the difference between them.

Actually the society have been involved in many situations like broke the family structure,new forms of organization of life and new values given by the society and mass media to put ahead new styles of life between us.

Discrimination.


First of all, we are diverse, we come from everywhere of the world and we have been called traditionally by the other people, “minority”. Now the school in this country have been challenged with pupils who come with a range of backgrounds, abilities,capabilities, experiences, cultures, traditions,etc.

But, some times many of them have been discriminated by attitudes or thinking over their own person or family group, because they comes from different community who has their own culture, religion, race, nationality, etc and some local people can’t understand the situation and give some opinions with prejudice and try to exclude and discriminate them for any unreasonable thing.

This kind of violence is showed in many places like job, neighbourhoods, schools, etc' where the pupils and their families have been bulleted or suffer any kind of violence by others and the authorities in many cases can’t give any solution to this problem.

The actual society has a big responsibility to understand the meaning about the discrimination, because from their own economical, political, structural, religious and other manifestation of expressions had been giving the form to establish this situation.

Differentiation.

Always is linked with social, economic, political or cultural backgrounds and in many situation in the school the pupils have to be differentiated by different ways under the school rules to get more strongest students for example by test to see their abilities or skills and capabilities to do some more best than others.

Levels into the classroom, different books, instructions, tasks, etc, because the main reason is to justify the unbalance within some pupils who can’t learn in both time or the style of learning is quiet different among the partners

In other cases the life in the work place is very stressful, because some rules or policies don’t give the equal opportunity to apply to get a new position or level, even when the person who wants’ to reach any job has capabilities and experience to do some and to improve your own life.

In addition, we got some situations like this and we can’t give any answer to get the appropriate way to solve and to avoid any kind of differentiation.
